Finance is perhaps the biggest challenge when it comes to applying for master\u2019s and bachelor\u2019s degrees. In the Netherlands, student finance is possible through DUO, which can help cover tuition fees and living expenses for eligible students, making higher education more accessible. What is DUO?<\/h2>\n

DUO (the Education Executive Agency) is a part of the Dutch government that gives loans and grants to students studying in the Netherlands. Grants from the Dutch government are gifts, meaning they don\u2019t need to be paid back. However, if you do not complete your studies within 10 years, then you need to pay it back with interest. They also offer standard loans for tuition fees and living costs that you can apply for, but I always recommend applying for the \u201cgifts\u201d as well.<\/span><\/p>\n
