Wim de Haas is researching the organisation and management of circular solutions. After completing his degree in Land Use at WUR, he was involved in implementation and policy at Wageningen Economic Research, the Dutch Service for Land and Water Management (DLG), the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality and the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW). Afterwards he returned to WUR for research and to focus more on ‘green’ issues in terms of content. ‘I think it's enjoyable and important to work on processes in which a wealth of ideas and interests come together, and to bring people together. Through this work, I hope to contribute to a cleaner world with more biodiversity, in which the environment is not under pressure.
